Sad Day in the Moi House

The 20-something yo son of one of my best friends died suddenly yesterday.  I got the call after school, packed a bag and went right up.  I am not sure how much I will post this week.  I’m home now, but am going back up tomorrow.

This boy was like my nephew, and while he had his own issues (adhd, etc.), he was generally in very good health.  He was a handsome kid, tall, built, blonde and gorgeous, all the girls were after him.  He was doing well in college part-time, and had a job he liked.

And he died snorting an overdose of a mixture of heroin, coke and PCP. 

Drugs are such a waste of life.  Fuck.
